fuckin 10 outta 10!!!

Never have I seen a band that looked like they were having more fun the None More Black did this night. The minute they began their set, the Che was alive with smiles and people moving along with the music. None More Black blasted through what seemed like only a thirty minute set with more passion and fever than I have witnessed in a good while. Old songs like "Banned from Teen Arts" & "Drop The Pop" mixed right in with new songs like "We Dance on the Ruins..." and "My Wallpaper Looks Like Paint", all of which are destined to be post-hardcore/punk classics one day. Guitarist Colin McGinnis added to the party attitude of this show with his highly active sense of humor and an amazing level of energy for someone with a freshly twisted ankle...still jumping all over the stage without a care in the world. Thank goodness for bands like None More Black. They remind me why I go to shows in the first place...to have a good fuckin' time!!!
